Day Surgery

 Isaiah 40:29

He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.

We are now 4 week post transplant and today is the day that Noah gets his stent and catheter removes.
Today's surgery feels so different from 4 weeks ago:
This time, it's day surgery, so Noah is coming home when the procedute is done!
Noah is excited for this surgery, and Rob is here with us!

We gave Noah a choice of who he wants to go with him into the operating room until he is sleeping. We thought he would choose Rob, but he didn't.  This is bringing back so many raw emotions for me. I am truly thankful that Rob will be waiting for me and that we have a Heavenly Father to lean on, both now and always.
