Day 1 for Rob has been a challenge. He was told to expect the worst today, and they were not wrong. Rob has been in a lot of pain and using his pain medication pump regularly. His oxygen is not cooperating because he's not taking deep breaths, so he is now on 5% oxygen.
He has been very tired today, but was able to briefly visit with myself, Danielle and Jordan and his parents. Along with Steve, who has been his sidekick from the beginning.
It did my heart good to see Rob! And seeing Danielle and Jordan was an added bonus.
Noah's day started rough. The ultrasound was very long and painful and they had a hard time managing his pain during it. The good news is that everything looks good and is working how it should right now, so we give thanks for that blessing.
Noah's creatinine levels have dropped by almost 50%, which is exactly what they want, so that's exciting news as well.
Noah has been resting a lot today, in between needing to scratched because the meds are making him itchy.
