God is strong. Solid as a rock. Protective as a fortress and a shield. He is your place of shelter.

Where do I begin? This week has been a tough week for all of us.
Noah's health continues to fluctuate. He was doing so well at the middle of the week, and then things began to get worse again and his oxygen level was raised from .25 to 1.5 litres. We are thankful that this has since been lowered to 1, yet is not as low as we would like it to be.
Noah's chest is very full of mucus and he is having trouble taking each breath He needs to work very hard to take in each breath, and he sounds very congested. Sometimes is sounds like Noah is just one good cough away from being cleared an able to breath, and yet he lacks the ability to do that one good cough and it is painful to see.
We are thankful that Noah's spirits remain for the most part as joyful as ever. He becomes a new boy when family comes into the room and it is wonderful to see the effect we have on him (although it makes us wish we could be there 24/7, as he is moody and does not eat well for the nurses).
It has been difficult on Rob and I, Danielle and Jordan in more ways than I can say. To be torn apart like this again and need to go back to the busy life we had before, not being able to spend quality time with each other, or together as a family has been very trying. Knowing that there is no near end in sight is discouraging as well.
And yet, we cling to our Rock and look to Him for our daily strength.
